Day 1 – Arrival & Island Welcome

Step off the boat and breathe in the Ionian breeze. Your hosts await at the port, ready to hand you the keys to your personal electric golf cart. Follow us along the coastal/hilly road to your accommodation, nestled among olive groves and open skies.

🍹12:00 PM – Welcome Drink & Light Lunch

Relax under the shade of ancient trees with a refreshing local beverage and a simple Mediterranean lunch — your first taste of island life.

🐴 2:00 PM – Meet the Donkeys

Take a gentle hillside walk and meet our rescued donkeys. Feed them, brush them, and enjoy their calm, playful energy.

🍷 7:30 PM – Sunset Aperitif

Sip local wine or herbal tea as the sun melts into the sea — a quiet, golden pause before dinner.

Gather for a home-cooked meal infused with flavors of the island — our own olive oil, fresh herbs, and seasonal ingredients prepared with care.

Day 2 – Adventures by Land & Sea

Homemade bread, fruit, yogurt, honey, and olive oil — a nourishing start to your day. Other brunch choices are available as well.

Goat Island Expedition (4 hrs): Sail to an uninhabited island, follow an ancient path to a hidden church, feed wild goats, snorkel, and taste sea urchin roe.

Deep Sea Fishing (4 hrs): Join a local fisherman to learn trolling techniques and bring back your catch.

Learn to Sail a Trimaran (3 hrs): Feel the wind and freedom of the Ionian Sea as you learn to sail a 7-meter trimaran.

Return to rest, swim in a quiet cove, or nap on your comfortable beach lounge chair.

🔥 6:00 PM – Fire & Feast Workshop

Learn to gather firewood, create glowing coals, and cook over open flames — a hands-on taste of simple island life.

Day 3 – Nature & Farewell
